At Martwize, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ve designed a simple and efficient return process.

We accept returns for items that are unused, in their original condition, and packaged with all original materials. Personalized or intimate items may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene or customization reasons.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any items back. Packages sent without an RA number may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. The refunded amount may be adjusted for restocking fees, shipping costs, or taxes.

Sale or discounted items may be returned, but refunds will be based on the original purchase price. Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles can be requested by contacting customer service. Additional shipping or price differences may apply.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error. For safety, please use a trackable shipping method and include all original packaging and accessories.
